Artist impressions of a proposed new restaurant or shopping outlet

Sometimes an aerial view, or bird's eye view can show the extent of the development better. While a more 'normal' street view is often all that is required.

To aid the bidding process the property developer, who I have worked with on other projects, required some visual images which showed how the new ‘padthaiwok’ franchise restaurant would look.

Working from photos of the existing area together with architect plans I can create images, realistic or artistic, which illustrated the intended new retail development.

Often a more artistic hand drawn sketch is more effective in showing the character of the new property. Particularly if it is a more traditional or rustic style of architecture. And to give it a more rural and natural appeal.

Planning authorities find it easier to look at an impression of how the property will look. A bar area is stated, but to see it in 3D in the room layout makes it so much easier to approve the property.
